American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.

Visited for the first time yesterday and I must say it did not disappoint. I had a strawberry matcha, beef kolache and nutella concha. They were all so good. I wish they did have a bigger place so we could sit down but besides that it is a really nice place.

I tried a horchata matcha and birria shio pan as well as the pigs in a blanket. The young gentleman at the register was very sweet and helpful. The place is pretty small but very cute and on theme with Japanese culture and Mexican culture. Its very cute, really, but crowded. A little pricey but I would come back again. The matcha was pretty good but it didnt taste too much like horchata. I would have added sweet cream cold foam and cinnamon on top to really take it to the next level, it just had cinnamon on top. I give it a 7.8/10. I paid about $10 for it with almond milk, $6 for each birria shio pan I got (which i thought was reasonably priced because it was delicious and a good size) and $5 each for the pig in a blanket. Those were good, i think they were made with milk bread. My boyfriend really enjoyed those. Plus tax and a $3 tip, I paid about $33 for everything, the matcha, and 2 of each birria shio pan and pigs in a blanket. Really wanted to try a concha but Iβll try it out next time!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this establishment in Arlington, Texas, and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations in every regard. The bread was absolutely worth the wait exceptionally fluffy, rich in flavor, and a truly unique fusion of Japanese culinary techniques with the warmth and tradition of Mexican panaderΓa-style baking. As someone visiting from North Carolina, I sincerely wish we had a place like this closer to home. It is clear that a great deal of care, passion, and craftsmanship goes into every product offered. I would like to extend my congratulations to the owner and the entire team for successfully operating such a rapidly growing small business with remarkable efficiency. Despite the high volume of customers, everything runs smoothly, and the quality remains outstanding. The customer service was equally impressive welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The atmosphere reflects the dedication of the staff, and it is easy to understand why the establishment is consistently full. There is a clear reason for its popularity. I would highly recommend this business to anyone seeking a delicious matcha drink, latte, or pastry. It is truly a stand

Love the Mexican Japanese vibe this cute bakery has! The assorted yummy baked goods did not disappoint. We were pleasantly impressed with the quality of the baked assorted items and how delicious it was. And the drinks were absolutely fantastic! I had the horchata matcha and my husband had the banana cream matcha and to be honest we wanted to try ALL the drinks. We will definitely be going back to try more!

Pan Pan is amazing! I went with a group and we all loved our drinks and pastries. I enjoyed the wide variety of pastries and breads of Mexican options, Japanese options, and fun fusions. It was super busy and a long line but went rather quickly, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I recommend the banderita matcha, horchata latte, and any of their conchas!
